With no guides to lead the way, it will be you against nature and the open road, giving you the chance to explore a different part of your natural abilities in an unfamiliar environment. The accomodation
Mounted on the roofrack are two I-Kamper 3.0 mini, hardshell rooftop tents. Sleeping in a rooftop tent is comfortable, safe and away from all the creepy crawlies. They are also very easy to pop up and pack away. Being elevated off the ground gives you an amazing viewpoint to watch the sunrise and witness the unforgettable African dawn chorus. Along your route we suggest a mix of camping and lodge stays depending on your budget and preferences.

The car
Our fleet consists of Toyota Land cruisers. These brilliant machines have become known as the most reliable bush vehicles in Africa. A Garmin GPS unit is fitted on the dash which means you wont loose your way. It also features a remote emergency calling function in case you need assistance.
The vehicles are kitted with upmarket equipment which gives you the perfect mix of comfort and convenience while still providing a mobile/off grid camping atmosphere.

What we offer
African self drive offers 3 fixed packages within Zimbabwe. These packages are all quite different from one another and have been designed to encompass all the amazing, worthwhile destinations around the country. We have also assigned geographically suited add ons to each itinerary, these add ons take you to some of the more renowned national parks within neighbouring countries like Botswana, Zambia, Mozambique and as far as Namibia for anyone wanting to go further afield.

In addition to our fixed packages, we also offer custom built trips. For custom built trips- get in touch directly with our sales team who will organise a call with you. We can then get a better idea of what your preferences are and start putting the pieces of the puzzle together. Due to the large amounts of planning and organising involved in designing you a custom trip in order to make it as unforgettable as possible, an administration fee of 10% on all bookings will be charged. This option saves you alot of hassle.
